  1. For hair loss treatment, lavender oil is usually applied directly to skin or scalp where hair growth is expected!
  2. Lavender is safe for most people, especially if you take it in food amounts or medicinal amounts. But there are also some possible side effects that can vary from person to person. When topically applied on the skin, it may cause skin irritation in some people. When taken by mouth, it may cause headache, appetite change, or constipation.
  3. Topical hair loss treatment with lavender is not too recommended for young boys, especially for those who have not yet reached their puberty. Because, it may have negative hormonal effects.
  4. The safety of taking it during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not fully known yet. But in general, it’s not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
